Edward Wooten ORDINANCE NO. 10059 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 7500 BLOCK OF NOAH REID ROAD, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF NOAH REID ROAD AT PLANTATION DRIVE, FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO RT-1 RESIDENTIAL TOWNHOUSE ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS. _______________________ SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 7500 block of Noah Reid Road, being on the southeast line of Noah Reid Road at Plantation Drive. Lots 25 and 26, Austin Farms, Section 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 16, page 48, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4302, page 835, ROHC. Tax Map No. 138C-A-6 and 7. from R-2 Residential Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to dedication of right-of-way as required by City Engineer; 2. Subject to no back-out parking onto Noah Reid Road; and 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
